We made it! Suzanne and I arrived at Dulles just after 1:30 p.m. today and were very surprised by a warm welcome at the airport from Hannah Coyne and Stan Kriz as we came out of customs ... it was so nice to see friendly faces waiting for our return. :) And, then, Stan even gave me a ride home. Incredible! My plan had been to take the bus, which would definitely have been more difficult with all my bags.
I am currently in the process of forcing myself to stay awake in order to beat jet lag. My goal is to last at least another hour to hour and a half. Maybe go to sleep around 9 at the earliest ... I think I can make it. Internet access helps. ;)
